    I have always loved to dance. From youth ballet classes at the local Linwood Recreation Center, to dancing around the living room with my dad to classic oldies records, choreographing dances to *NSYNC songs with my friend (I still know every lyric), LOTS of family weddings (what happens when you have over 40 cousins), and really any chance I could. But as I grew up, I grew further away from it, as sports took a more prominent role in my life.     As I turn 30, I really am amazed and proud of how much I have grown over these years. Besides the associations society attaches to age – that we should be at a certain place in life with respect to having a spouse, home, family, steady job or otherwise –  I feel younger and better than I have in years.     These are all VERY basic soups that I made during my Gut Protocol with Dr. Cole, designed to support die off of bad gut bacteria, as well as detoxification. Despite being simple, I found them to be incredibly nourishing and satisfying! Zucchini Basil Detox Soup Ingredients: 3 large zucchini, sliced 2c chicken bone broth (organic and homemade if possible) 1 onion, sliced 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped 1-2T coconut oil (unrefined) Fresh basil to taste (I like a large handful!)
